Hats... Royal Ascot Horse Races

The Royal Ascot Horse Races was established by Queen Ann of England in 1711 and to this day this is the most anticipated even of the summer.  Attendees flaunt their eccentric hats, and the crazier the hat is, the better.  I love creativity of hat's designers and love watching ladies having fun wearing those creations.
